I just saw this car in the Library Gardens this morning. Who in the remote, blue-collar town of Polokwane, South Africa would own such a car? Probably a government official, like an MP. Those guys make tons of honest money, and usually steal more.

The record is that I haven’t posted in over 1/4 of a year. I wasn’t trying to set this record. Up until now, this blog hadn’t been dry for longer than one month.
